Who lives in Wantirna overall who dominates by ethnic culture?

We are currently seeing a fantastic mix of cultures coming into the Wantirna area. Its good to see the changes occurring within the community. It is still a relatively older community but alot of families have moved into the area and it is a close community. I don't think any resident could fault the benefits of living in such a fantastic area.

Wantirna is overwhelmingly a caucasian Aussie area. It is a mix of singles and married people. It is a low income area and this is reflected in the rent charged. However, to buy into the area you would need more than the what has been calculated as the income for the area. It is by far a young area with the majority of people being around their early 40s.
