Pfingst Road, like many of the main roads in Wavell Heights, have become north-south and east-west rat runs. If you're thinking of buying or living on Pfingst Road, be prepared for a lot of traffic and noise. It must be a nightmare for people living near the intersections of Hamilton, Rode and Edinburgh Castle Roads trying to get out of their driveways as traffic is usually backed up at those intersections. You should find it a lot quieter on the side streets.
