I am close to buying a house in Werrington County, close to the lake. I am a IT professional, have a family of four with two kids below 10 years. Please advise if there are any concerns living in Werrington County that I should be mindful of?

Werrington County is a nice area to live in, never heard of any issues from friends living in the area. Would recommend!
