Does proximity to the airport effect the house prices in West Hindmarsh?

West Hindmarsh is not directly under the flight path for large airlines only for smaller aircraft who are travelling to or from the west and are landing and taking off east.
Aircraft can be heard but as they are relatively high the noise is not really noticeable.
