Just like any area their will always be Vandalism, in some parts their isnt any at all but in others their is a little but generally not alot.

One other question I want to ask you, Sebastian. Why when I drive around other streets in other suburbs, I would definitely see graffiti, but not West Lakes. I am just so confused why this is the case. If you don't know, that's fine. I just want to know why.
