Advice on Woodlake Blvd in Ellenbrook?
I had intended on viewing a property in Woodlake bvd on Monday. The reason we are moving out of our current neighbourhood is due the increased crime etc and after seeing the post below and noting that the property is near the IGA would anyone recommend that I not move there now? if anyone can assist please?

This is an old Q, but just saw it and thought I'd help out for anyone else. Woodlake Blvd is a mainish road, but that area is very 'village' like, and near the IGA the road curls around near the lake. Cars tend to slow down more on those curvey roads. It is not like a busy shopping IGA shopping centre on main roads that you might see in other suburbs. Anyone considering this location or nearby should go and take a look. It is near a huge lake and park area, so that might outweight any negatives. The other end of this road, past the big roundabout, goes to the main shops which are big and much busier.
