Hey! There's a great vegan canteen in the Chinatown food court, just behind the Central Market. It does an amazing selection of vegan friendly dishes including fried gluten, mixed veggies and tofu based curries. I really like this place and head there whenever I'm in the city, for under 10 bucks for 3 dishes and a glass of soya milk, you can't go wrong! :)
