Good choice if you're considering moving in - Ranford Estate is one of the most prestigious estates in Canning Vale, followed closely by Waratah Estate. The busier streets would be Southacre Drive and Goodwood Way. St Albans Promenade is quite pretty, and Cheval Place and Park place are close to the lake while being on quiet streets. All the parks in the estate are manicured well as residents are required to pays around $100 each year in council rates to maintain the parks.
