"A little Gem"
Church Ave is a little gem, being a oneway street it doesnt attract a great deal of traffic, so you get the advantage of being right in the corner of the Parade and Osmond terrace without all the regular traffic. There is little to no parking for non residents adding to this advantage. Small houses and small blocks, but if you want that inner city feel without the hustle and bustle at the front door than this is the street for you.
