Looking to move from SA to either howarh,moona in hobart.

I have the flexibility to work from home with my current employer.I would like to live in a place close to hospitals, church,supermarkets.If you could advise a safe area to live, as i dont have any friends or family here and it being a new experience for me, seeking advice
