How is the suburb Kardinya around Le Souef Drive?

Le souef drive is the top end of town persay, houses up on the hill have views to perth, good place to buy a house now as houses over the 1 million dollar area are in less demand, a freind of ours picked up a property that was advertised for 1.4mill for only 1.02 mill, houses past the top of the hill are very close to the Oconnor industrial area that would be the only negative.
Kardinya covers a very large area almost 4 times the size of most other area's I prefer properties on the southern side of south street to the west of Northlake road, houses in this section have held there resale and never seen any negative growth.

Bloody good if you can afford any properties around there... big blocks with big houses to match (along with the price tag).
