Where are the best places to eat brunch in Perth on New Years Day?

Try a Dome cafe they are various locations across Perth, not certain they are open but I think it is a high possibility.
Even though they are a chain cafe they have such a wonderful menu. I can recommend the Ham & Eggs Hollandaise
