"You can still smell the sea air from here"
Leading off from The Esplanade, you are walking distance to the beach, and many other local facilities, including the local Yacht Club, Life saving club. Perfectly situated for the family to enjoy year round activities. With local schools being Brighton Secondary School, Sacred Heart Senior College and Brighton Primary School.
