Any thoughts on Clayton South?
We are thinking of buying in Clayton South near the Westhall station/college, and would like to hear opinions about the area. We are very happy about the property we are looking in yet the area seems a bit... dead with a LOT of warehouses and factories near the residenti area. It looks like there aren't many parks and other family areas too. Is the area family friendly and safe? Would love any comment.
