Which part of deer park is good to live in ?
I have heard that there are two parts of deer park - which one is where and which one is safer to live ?

Lived in New Deer Park and I would highly recommend this specific area south of the Deer Park Station. Every house looks new, the council invested lots of money into local parks around this area (see Google Maps), the area is mainly young Aussie couples, elderly vietnamese people and young professionals.
Old Deer Park which I visit from time to time, is more old, filled with litter although not too bad.

The most desired area in Deer Park, is near and around Neale Road, the (deer park shopping centre zone )
