"2022 - Great for first home buyers looking to start a family"
This area is evolving fast! Live in New Deer Park (south of Deer Park train station). Houses here look new, neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lots of young families with kids, friendly elderly Vietnamese and young Aussie couples walking dogs. Lots of parks, trees, security cameras as well as speed bumps/roundabouts that stop people from hooning or driving unsafely. Area is getting a completely new Deer Park train station due in 2025. Google it, it looks amazing.
