Traffic and V-Line
Hi Guys, I am planning to buy a house in Derrimut and I've got the following questions. How is the traffic to the city in the morning? Is it as bad as Tarneit? Secondly, how convenient is it to use the v-Line to the city (frequency, convenience etc) ? I will most likely be using the train to commute daily.

Traffic to the city is a lot better than coming from Tarneit, but it is still peak hour so you will be going slower.
As for the trains, they work out pretty quick.

Even though trains are on V-line, going from Derrimut / New Deer Park to the CBD is fast, only stopping in Sunshine and Footscray on the way there.
