Balances with the proximity to the river, the train and the local shops. Depends on where in Guildford you are. Being a little away from the flight path, we have to turn the TV up sometimes when a plane goes over (depending on the wind) but generally don't notice it. Sometimes drowned out by the noise of the traffic, sirens, and trains.
I don't care what it does to the house prices. I won't be selling. Where else could I afford to walk to the train station in 1 minute, the river in 3 minutes and the bakery and Rose & Crown in 5 minutes?

Hi Jarra! Where in Guildford, roughly, are you situated? I'm considering a move and I'm not sure if the plane noise will bother me.
