Reviews of Kiap Road, South Yunderup
"Small friendly community, safe for kids and great neigbourly spirit."
Great No trough Road surrounded by water and accessed by bridge. Its lacking any nearby public transport but that also keeps undesirables away so its virtually crime free. Being a No Trough Road in a No Trough Town makes for a quiet street with minimal road traffic. Easy boat access to Port Bouvard and Mandurah by boat if fishing open waters and both sides of Kiap Rd properties come with private jetties in the backyard so ideal location for the keen fisherman and canoeists. Huge nature reserve at the end of the street ideal for bush walkers.

"Great waterfront living"
Nice and quiet No Through road, like with most waterfront houses in this area. Only 45 minutes from Perth CBD makes it the ideal place for a weekend away or even permanent living in holiday settings. Located in the Moorings Estate this street benefits from a 80 meters wide canal and daily visits from dolphins who use it to trap fish. On some days the dolphins will put on a free acrobatics show as they jump along the jetties to cause the breams to make a run for it. Friendly neighbors complete the idyllic picture.

Work on one of the longest man made lakes in WA has started and the bike/foot path connection between South Yunderup and main path to Perth is almost completed so anyone fit enough could walk or ride a push bike all the way to Perth. Work on the river bike path has also began so it should be popular with cyclists visiting Yunderup in the weekends.
Couldn't have said it better myself. With the shopping center, commercial area and private schools in the neighboring Austin Cove to be completed by 2011 every convenience will be nearby.
