"Great location and bargain price for a waterfront home"
End of the road at the end of the suburb so its nice and quiet. Nothing to do but relax and watch the dolphins and waterbirds going by or catch some crabs or breams for dinner straight from your own backyard. Best of all its only minutes to the freeway and a short drive to Perth or minutes by boat to the fishing grounds just out of Mandurah or Port Bouvard.

"True Paradise. Waterfront country town peace and quiet near the city"
Wonderful location less then 1 hr drive to Perth CBD.
Enjoy the water birds and dolphins playing in your backyard, maybe catch a bream or a few crabs for dinner without living the comfort of home. Or jump in your boat and go water skying, kite surfing or windsurfing in the safe waters of the Peel Inlet.
