Spring Hill good for families?
I am thinking of renting here but have only driven through it. Is it a safe area? Good for teenagers?

Great location and a popular state primary school and good private schools nearby. Safe as long as you are smart as in lock your doors and windows. It is the inner section of a capital city. Age demographic of 25 - 45 is most common these days.
