What are the nice areas in Sunbury

Check out Kingsfield Estate. It's new and sits opposite the million dollars homes. Very peaceful.

Near Spavin lake. It is and older but recently it seems more and more people are renovating and the area is on the up. Houses are all unique unlike that of most newer estates. My home backs on to the reserve and feels like being in the country despite only being 2km from town, schools.
