Is Sunshine North is a good suburb to live in?

No. It's old and ugly and full of crime and is only going to get worse. The only "good" part is the River Valley estate, which isn't much better because it's too expensive and has a lot of land issues and slow development. You're better off somewhere else.

Sunshine North is the best part in Sunshine where you get nice straight street, IMO only the part from Mc Intyre to the city, where you get the name imply, Sunshine and with the North in it, all the time, it is shining all the time.
The reason for Sunshine become more popular and of course go up in price is the development of the shopping centre and the station, but IMO it is for renters or people who want to rent out the house, when you have home, car and you want the same convenience without all of those noise and nuisance, Sunshine North offers everything but a private part, that is where you want to upgrade things in economical way.
