Sorry you seem to have had a bad experience in your time in Traralgon. We have found the opposite it would seem. Housing is very reasonably priced here, and not sure why you think Traralgon has traffice congestion.After all the places we have lived in we laugh at the lack of traffic congestion and can not believe how lucky we have been to find this town. We felt so lucky we have stayed put. Wish you all the best for your next move and hope you are as happy as we are with your new home.

You sound like a (un) real (istic) estate agent. The comment about no traffic congestion gave you away. For a country town to have parking and congestion as bad as a major city is evidence of the lack of funding small country towns attract.

Bod, I am not a real estate agent, realistic or unrealistic. I just appreciate living in such an affordable area where it takes me 4 minutes to drive to work, and we can afford to buy a house and have money left over to buy a holiday home as well. I lived in Melbourne for some years and in New South Wales and there is no way we would have what we have not living in either NSW or Melbourne. You clearly do not like the area and that is your experience. Hopefully where you moved to is much better for you and you can write some positive feedback on your new town. All the Best.
