Having lived in this street we were able to appreciate the convenience of being so close to the lake and all of the local amenities. Being just a walk to dinner or enjoying one of the regular events put on by the developers it is a fantastic position and offers great resale as it is a much sought after location. Perfect for families as the kids have any array of activities and places they can play and have fun.

Having recently moved into Oakview Cct we are appreciating the quiet surroundings and amazing feel that this pocket of the suburb has. Being one of the first stages in the Brookwater development I believe it is one of the best as it is close proximity to the Brookwater Golf Club and is surrounded by the 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th Holes of Qld's No.1 Golf Course for the fifth year in a row.

Having lived in the surrounding area for around 17 years I have seen Springfield and Springfield Lakes emerge as a fantastic area built and designed for families. As with all new upcoming areas it always takes time to get the backing of all local, state and federal governments to provide much needed services to the area. With the backing of the developers and the relevant governments 2010 will be an exciting year for the area with the opening of a state of the art Police Station and also the construction of a 24hr Ambulance Station.

Growing at a rapid pace Springfield Lakes will welcome 2 new state schools with construction starting on a much needed State High School, scheduled to take enrollments for the 2011 school year and with Springfield Lakes State School bursting at the seams there will also be another State Primary School for the area.

Living with our family in Springfield Lakes and also owning businesses in the area it is very exciting to see the vision of Maha Sinnathamby take shape each year. I couldn't think of a better place to raise our family with the way the area is set up and maintained!
