"Great Street walking distance to train station and beach"
I have lived in Victoria Street and it's known for large block sizes and it's great position in Sandringham. Walking distance to the Sandringham's best beach located at the end of Royal Ave, you can walk to the shops, station, supermarket and it has 2 bars. It's also super close to Southland Westfield Shopping Centre, car wash bays, and Sandringham Hospital. It's a lovely wide Street and and Firbank has a smaller campus in the street for it's primary aged children.
