I believe there are some government housing on the east side of Willmott Drive, towards Cooloongup, off Gascoyne Way around that area. I know of some in Sherlock Court & Carnegie Loop.

You're very welcome. I live near Willmott Drive (the Rockingham Family Hospital end of Willmott Drive) and I really like it, haven't had any issues with crime or vandalism in 7 years. It is a main road joining Ennis Avenue to Read Street so sometimes it does get a bit of traffic (around peak times) and the odd hoon or loud motorbike ripping down the street, but on the whole its not as bad an area as some have mentioned in some comments.

There are so many nice ones its hard to single any in particular that really stand out to me. Harrington Waters drive is a lovely street on the whole, have friends who live there & love the beautiful lake. The west side of Read St is nice too, my parents lived on Fathom Ramble for a few years. I live on the east side of Read St & my street is lovely & quiet. I like the area to the north of Waikiki Village shopping centre around the Auld Court area, lots of nice streets around there.
