"Heart of Park Holme."
Cowra Crescent forms the 'heart' of Park Holme. It is a central park area with massive established gum trees and a well maintained childrens playground surrounded by Cowra Crescent and disected by Nilpena Avenue. Cowra Crescent has a few well maintained older homes all looking out to the beautiful park and several new courtyard homes. The development regulations in this part of Park Holme provide lots of opportunities for developers to subdivide allotments in to even smaller sizes and maximise the potential return.
