"Fantastic location"

This street is located close to the Ringwood train station, Eastland shopping center, cafes, restaurants and is only a short drive to the Eastlink freeway.
It is a great place for investments and living. Rental value of a 2 bedroom unit would achieve between $350 -$390 per week and a 3 bedroom house would achieve between $420 - $450 per week.

You are sure to achieve capital growth when investing in a property in this location.

"Busy street, but nice"

Big long street acting as a thoughway - quite busy with traffic at school pick up / drop off times. Pocket of very nice houses and pockets of some not so nice house. Too much graffiti, but otherwise good.

"Great Position, Great Street"

Talk about easy... this street offers the easiest access to transport links, the easiest access to schools, parks and sporting reserves and the easiest access to Eastland, Heathmont and Ringwood East shopping centres.

The street is a main road for the area, however the larger-than-usual blocks often mean peace and quiet for residents.

A bus runs along Great Ryrie to Eastland, past schools and more..
