Now this varies on who you speak to which is teh best street but there is a good amount of streets that seem to be more popular than others and more highly sough for a variety of reasons.
The most centrally located Streets are Wellington, Lyon and Napoleon Streets as they are closest to Mascot shop precinct but also sit centrally between schools. Another set of streets always well sought are Cleland, Francis, David, Arthur and Malcolm although slightly further away from Botany Road they are still very centrally located and there are bungalows amongst these streets, which are always popular in this pocket. In general there isn't too many bad streets unless your on the main road, because since the 3rd runway was constructed it had removed a lot airplane movement on the East - West runway which use to affect the suburb more than it is affected these days, and I have sold some homes with very good prices in streets which 20 years ago most people wouldn't have considered due to the aircraft movement.
