"Close to Foodland shops"
Nilpena Avenue has a real mix of the old and the new. Many of the larger allotments in the street have been subdivided to make way for courtyard style homes but several of the older solid homes remain. Really convenient location for grocery shopping and take away etc because there is a modern shopping complex at the eastern end on Marion Road. In the middle of Nilpena Avenue is a fantastic circular park with huge gum trees and a great kids playground.
