Weston Street, Brunswick, VIC 3056

Weston Street is one of Brunswicks best, stretching from Sydney Road, accross Lygon Street, and ending in Brunswick East.

The Sydney Road end is largely commercial, including Barkly Square shopping Centre, The Brunswick Hotel (The Brunny - excellent comedy and open mic nights - check them out if that's your thing!) Code Black Coffee, Bakeries and much more.

Some of Brunswicks most lovely period homes exist along Weston Street, between Lygon and Ewing Street, with only one brick apartment complex on this whole block - almost unheard of!

Across in Brunswick East, Weston Street includes the Tip Top development, the largest in Brunswick at the time of writing this post (bigger are planned). There is also a lovely small park, and Weston Street is also home to the 5th Brunswick Scout Hall.

This is a very busy area, thanks to the shopping, transport and restaurant options, so I wouldn't recommend anywhere in this block if you are after the quiet life, however if you want to experience inner city living at its finest, Weston Street is a fantastic option. Also includes NBN access, and some great dog parks are nearby.

It is rare that anything in this area struggles to lease, it is a solid and sound investment!
