"Terrace Street is where it's all happening!"

Terrace Street is that narrow little road that links James St & Brunswick St. It's where the tradies trucks congregate everyday whilst they turn a sleepy little street into a bustling metropolis. Quaint little workers cottages are either being rejuvenated with a major facelift or removed and replaced with modern townhouses and duplexes.

Walk down your driveway and turn left or right - it doesn't matter, the fun is only moments away. Wander down to the Palace Centro for an afternoon flick, followed by coffee or something more substantial at the many modern eateries that line James St - or perhaps duck into the James St Markets to pick up supplies to create a feast at home. Head off in the other direction to Brunswick St & again the choice of restaurants is sublime. For an easy night in, there's the pizza hut & wonder of wonders, the Red Room DVD store where you can log your selection online from home.

Yes, the road is narrow and off street parking seems to be diminishing at a great rate of knots, which means you do have to be a tad careful, however on the upside it means kids and pets are safe from speeding lunatics found nearly everywhere else!

On the downside, those bloody barking dogs on Kent Street do tend to drive one a tad nuts at times, and we seem to have had a 'murder' of noisy crows move in just recently. But that's just wildlife - what you are gonna do!
