How safe is Beatty Rd for a family? Also is it noisy with the aerodrome there?

Apart from the traffic during peak times, it is generally a good area for familys as one side of the road is mainly school and some light commercial blocks. The aerodome noise is more directed over the flight path which is at a right angle to Beatty Rd.
