Just moved up from Sydney looking to buy.
Hey guys, I have just moved up from Sydney and have chosen this suburb to buy because of it's proximity to the city and out of the flood zone. Any feedback/advice from anyone who has lived here or is living here would be much appreciated. :) I've seen some reviews about crime etc. Is it really that bad? In comparison to Western Sydney for example. Initially, I wanted to buy in Moorooka because of the vibe but unfortunately, it's out of my budget.

Hi Jess, are you looking in Acacia Ridge? Check out Salisbury and Coopers Plains as well, as there is plenty of quality homes in the area.
