I don't know when you asked this question but ...
Firstly, which hospital? Womens and children? Flinders Medical? Lyell McEwin? Calvary ( and which one!)? Do you have specific needs for a hospital? Are you going to be working locally or away, are you a FIFO or ADF? These make a difference in your choices
Shopping centres are aplenty and most of them are pretty good. Prices vary and some are larger and or cleaner than others. Low rainfall? Are you a vintner? Then head far north and out of town and look regionally. Crystal Brook, RedHill, Clare, but you want transport? Public transport? then you have to stay within the burbs. One hour between trains after peak hour finishes on a business day in the outer areas. SA has pretty low rainfall until it rains. Then it comes in chunks so dont know why that is important but it isnt like endgland and wet all thetime. mostly mediterranean style weather the further north you go and pretty mild further south. Personally, for your price range, now... if the public transport is for children at school, check the bus systems with each school and go further out.
