Recommend Suburbs for Young Family ($500K)
Adelaide (Greater) Region is located in the state of South Australia.
Please help me select a few suburbs which I can look in to further. This is my first time looking in to these things, would love to get some guidance.
Price range: ~ 500K
Important (Must Haves):
+ good vs decent school : good public primary school
+ rental income and growth: high (as If I have to move to another city, I dont want to end up paying for this place from my pocket while paying rent in another city)
+ Reputation: Atleast decent. (Not bad like Elizabeth.)
Wishlist (Not all will be possible, but still if I have unlimited money following are the things I would like):
Old vs Newish vs To be built: Newish, renovated
Unit vs house vs apartment: House, TownHouse or within a small group of units
Size: Not too small (>100 sqm) built area
Rooms: 2, preferably 3.
