What do I need to secure a rental property in Adelaide?
Adelaide (Greater) Region is located in the state of South Australia.
I've decided to move out of home and I'm looking to rent a place with some mates from uni. Any hints and advice on what we need to increase our chances of getting our rental application approved would be fantastic.

It is worthwhile mentioning that rent can only be increased in a fixed term agreement if included in the initial agreement and how it will be determined eg. CPI increases.
A rent increase can only occur every six months and the landlord must provide you with 60 days notice.
