Which suburbs should I avoid in Adelaide and surrounds?
I'm looking to move to Adelaide or surrounds and want to avoid any suburbs that wouldn't be a good place to raise kids or that have bad schools and high crime.

A lot of Northern suburbs have a bad reputation, but some are good. Western suburbs are reasonably affordable and safe.

It completely depends on your personal, professional and financial situation. While ideally everyone would love to live in the higher end suburbs it is not always possible. If I personally had the choice of the nicest area to live in Adelaide I would probably recommend the inner eastern suburbs such as Norwood.
