While we endeavour to ensure the Homely Android app performs without interruption, there can occasionally be bugs or errors that we are yet to come across.
If you see something on the Homely App that isn’t working correctly, please submit a request to our technical support team including the following information, and we’ll look into it.
Please submit the following:
- A screenshot of the error message and URL.
- What browser you are viewing this in.
- What model of phone you are browsing on.
- Any further information about the process in which the error happened that might help our team replicate and resolve the issue.
