While we endeavour to ensure the Homely iOS app performs without interruption, there can occasionally be errors that we are yet to be aware of.
If you see something on the Homely App that isn’t working properly, please submit a request to our technical support including the following information and we’ll ensure we look into this.
Please submit the following:
- A screenshot of the error.
- What browser you are viewing this in.
- What phone you are browsing on.
- Any further information about the process in which the error happened that might help us replicate the issue.
