With Stage 4 lockdown looming, my partner and I had just recently purchased our family home, we however needed to lease out our investment property at some stage over the upcoming 6 week period as our settlement date was Sep 11 and property viewing was going to be difficult with all the restrictions in place. I phoned Tracey & Bianca the day prior to lockdown, they immedietley requested they come over and get a video walk through of the property in order to show potential tenants during lockdown. The property was live on realestate.com.au that Friday, and subsequently leased the next Monday. 3 business days in full lockdown and leased our property for what we wanted during these very difficult times as well as arranging the move in to coordinate with our settlement. These guys are good. Very good. Very professional. Very polite. Very honest. Very organised. Bianca rescued us from a disastrous position where our previous property manager had allowed our flat to devolve into a decrepit state, then one of their trades flooded the flat. But that wasn't the worst of it - we only found out when the neighbour alerted us to the problem. Our own property manager didn't have the guts to tell us. My first question to Bianca was if she would deliver me bad news along with the good. And she told me straight up - if I need to know something, she'll tell me, good or bad. And we haven't looked back since. The flat is restored to its former glory (and better) thanks to her and Annalise, it's tenanted, and everyone is happy. Except maybe the former property managers. I'd name and shame, but really, why bother? Just go with these guys.
