Good afternoon Courtney, Thank you so much for the reply! I had sent out numerous emails over the past few days and you are the only one that has replied so far. You could have ignored the email but you chose to reply and that speaks wonders for your character. I have heard that the Mornington market is incredibly competitive at the moment with many families wanting to move down here from the city and country. I can understand the logic in a landlord preferring to have a family of 4 living in their property that would consistently pay rent then a younger couple that is new to the market. I have emailed my current agent in Dromana to see if he can provide the rental ledger you spoke of and both my partner and I will work on cover letters tonight. She has offered an excellent service to me involving firstly a clear explanation of the whole process involved and ongoing communication during the process. Courtney Scott has been managing our rental property at Safety Beach ( Vic) since we purchased it 4 years ago. Courtney keeps in regular contact with us via email or phone. We have been very happy with her diligence regarding the regular inspection reports and feedback once the work has been addressed. It makes it very easy for us to keep up to date with our client's needs and ensure they are not waiting on repairs, etc. Courtney has always been very professional when dealing with our tenants and as landlords we are very happy with the service we have received from Ray White Mornington.
