He conducts the opens to your home and gets to know all the buyers/interested parties. So when auction day comes he is definitely in the know of where the interest lays. He does not rest, from seeking advice from external parties, visiting our home at the drop of a hat to speak with us and make sure we know exactly what is going on and feel comfortable. He always is open to extra inspections for buyers who can not make advertised times in order to draw all the interest possible. His communication is second to none.
