We were tenants of wiseberry for well over three years, whilst we had changes in several property managers we found our final property manager Danielle Boyd to be the most professional, friendly and all over the job. As anyone would know sometimes realestates are hard to deal with but Danielle made it incredibly easy to report any issues or gain advice from especially when it came to the end of lease cleaning and bond return etc, was such a seamless process (aside from the power outage and struggling to do stuff) haha Honestly there should be more property managers like Danielle. We will miss having such a great property manager no one will compare

Chain Valley Bay is the hidden gem of the Central Coast, its has north & south. Both with boat ramps on the Lake. Very family friendly and lovely people around. One of the safest place i have lived.

Lake Munmorah is such a perfect suburb. Close to the M1 half way between Sydney & Newcastle. Has access to great schools & backs on to the . With a local chemist, cafe, pizza sho & bottle shop it also has the woolworths shopping centre. I have lived in this suburb & it is one of my favorites.
