"Delivering a quick sale at a great outcome for seller and buyer"
Gary and his team have delivered a wonderful outcome in the week before Christmas. Needing to respond quickly to re-market a property, Gary and team closed the deal with us only an hour after completing an open for inspection. Working closely with the vendor we had a great opportunity to see the property and understand the vendors needs, which made it very easy to make an attractive offer. All the paperwork has been handled efficiently making it a stress-free process, which was important in the lead-up to Christmas.

"EASIEST SALE EVER WITH A VERY PROFFESIONAL AGENT"
From the moment we discussed selling my house I knew from Gary's enthusiasm and knowledge that it would be handled with care and sincerity. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he just took over and made everything so easy from getting the Photos and Video done, to arranging open houses at a time very convenient to me and basically I just sat back and let it all happen. He kept in touch every step of the way letting me know what was happening and what he would do next. His staff are amazing and again any questions I had then they were answered immediately, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are very friendly but professional and I would have no hesitation in using Gary again for any future buying and selling or giving his name to family and friends
