We found our ideal "downsize" home and were delighted to deal with Janet Fleet and her team at Noel Jones Mitcham. More so, because Matthew, Janet and the team had sold a property for a family member previously. Janet showed us an exceptional level of service; she was warm friendly and approachable, yet extremely professional; she got us through every level of the purchase process. Then, it became necessary for us to sell our much loved home of 50 years. When the board went up for private sale, friends and neighbours questioned that we chose an agent outside our local area; surely the locals would know the area best. We, however, went with out 'gut feeling' and trusted Janet and her team for their ethical and honest approach to business. The market changes became apparent and Janet said to us "they would just have to work harder" to deliver a good sale outcome. She certainly achieved a better than expected result for us.
