"Nothing Was Too Much Trouble"
We rented a house sight-unseen from Key2 Property, dealing solely with Jenna Baker at the Deloraine office via telephone and emails. She was extremely helpful and kept us informed of progress on our application, and on the delay in getting access to the property due to the past owners delaying their moving out. When we finally met Jenna in person, her sunny disposition and helpful nature matched everything we had experienced so far. Nothing was too much trouble, she kept the owner's needs and obligations in mind but at no stage were we made to feel that we came second. We cannot thank Jenna highly enough for her help in getting us into the rental market in Tasmania, having moved from Queensland in the middle of the Covid situation, and for her help and speedy attention to a couple of smaller issues with the property, which were fixed without fuss or delay.

After having a less than desirable experience with another local real estate and finding ourselves in a very stressful situation, Jenna went above and beyond to not only notify us of a house before it was publicly listed, but she also showed us through it and had us approved and the lease signed on the same day. The difference between Key2 and other unnamed agencies is like night and day, Jenna is so personable and just a genuinely lovely person that is happy to help and doesn't make you feel like you're just a number. She seems to truly love her job.

I would recommend this team to any tenant that wants to rent from great people. If I am ever in a position to buy an investment property, they will be my agents for sure.

Wonderfully efficient and friendly, and it's so heartening that tenants are treated with respect. The condition report for my new home was compiled and then an appointment was made so that a staff member and myself could go through it together at the property this is such a good idea. The report itself is thorough and includes many detailed photographs. I've rented for decades, and this is by far the best company I've ever dealt with!
