"extremely pleased"

We were extremely pleased in aspects of our sale by Jo Hutton. She could not have been anymore helpful in our sale and advice in our purchase of another home. Having worked in Real Estate myself, I certainly have never encountered someone who puts themselves out and so helpful even after we had sold and were getting ready to move. Thanks again.

"A Rarity"

Jo Hutton has proved a rarity in not only her field, but among the scores of people we have met since we first decided to sell up and move from the Gold Coast to Buderim. Jo negotiated for both sides to cooperate and help each other, allowing us time to settle our sales and for the Buderim couple to find their new place. We reached an agreement on a price and both sides were very happy. All parties felt the process ran very smoothly thanks to Jo, who went above and beyond in helping us sell our duplexes on the Gold Coast with no financial gain for her and in assisting the Buderim vendors in finding their new house, again with no financial gain for her. Jo went out of her way to help ease our way into the community, arranging coffee meetings with others who had also recently arrived and still calls us regularly for catch-ups over a cuppa or a wine. We think very highly of Jo. She is a wonderful asset for the Buderim community with a high ethical and moral compass and we wish her every success, which is thoroughly deserved.
