Johnson has gone further than what other agents are willing to do. As I'm not in Brisbane, he has helped me to organise the painting of the house, fixing the driveway, repairing things in the house, cleaning the carpets and staging the house to get it ready for sale. It's his hard work and constant communication with me on every open home and buyers feedback that got me to manage my expectations and set a reserve price to sell it under the hammer at the auction. It's an above and beyond service that I'm sure every seller can only dream of. With Johnson, this will become a reality.
After being to a few of Johnson's auctions, I finally bought a house from him! To Johnson, thank you for helping me and my family buy our first home in Brisbane and I look forward to buying more from you in the future.
We had previously tried to sell our house a few times, but with no success. We went through a few agents trying to do so. Then our relative introduced us to Johnson. Right from the start we realized we made a right decision. He was very detailed, hardworking and brilliant. He got us many offers, all cash offers and finally he got us what we want and sold it before the auction. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Johnson Teo to anyone.
A great deal of gratitude to Johnson to help me secure this beautiful 1st home before the auction. It's his help with communicating to the sellers that made the deal happened smoothly. Its my first time buying and he explained everything thoroughly so that I understand and am comfortable with everything. When I'm ready to buy my next home, you can be sure I'll be counting on Johnson to help me out again.
Johnson has sold us a property at auction and now sold our very own at the auction itself. His advice to us with regards to selling our townhouse was wise and useful. Without him, we could still have been sitting on the property and would have a lot of stress with 2 mortgages to pay. We are now happily settled in our new house. We would recommend Johnson to anyone looking at selling their place.
Of all the real estate agents I have dealt with, it was a pleasure to work with Johnson. The information he has provided during the open home and at the auction was just professional and friendly. Thank you Johnson for helping us secure this great location townhouse at the auction.
We would like to say a BIG thank you for your AMAZING service. From what the real estate agents we have dealt with, they are in no comparison with the service you have provided us, weekly vendor reports, phone calls after each open home, constant communication and updates on how the buyers were going etcTo all the Springwood vendors looking at selling, you only have to call Johnson Teo. Thank you once again for the exceptional service you have provided us, we will never forget you!
Thanks for your honesty, timeliness and professionalism throughout our dealings with you. You secured a price that we are happy with prior to the auction and got our first home that we are really happy with. We felt that you listened to our needs and delivered on them. Well done!
After a 3 month attempt to sell our home with another agent, it became a reality shortly after listing with Johnson Teo. He was highly recommended to us by our lending manager in Suncorp. When first approached to re-list our home, after the listing has expired with another agent, I was very unsure of whether I wanted to re-list and especially with someone unknown to me. After speaking to Johnson, we became comfortable with not only his personality, but with his professionalism and fresh perspective on selling. He was in constant communication with us and we knew exactly how many buyers come through each open and each of their feedback. He brought 7 registered bidders to our auction and I will never forget that day as he master crafted the whole auction and got the bidders to bid beyond the reserve price thereby selling the property. I am confident to recommend Johnson to anyone who may consider selling and is unable to decide on whom to list with. Johnson is number one for many reasons.
Johnson Teo was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. Johnson was more than willing to go the extra mile in making our property hunting experience the best it could be. We bought our investment property at an auction and Johnson was right there to help get everything worked out and helped us buy our 1st property in Australia under the hammer. Johnson was always willing to answer any and all questions as fast as he could. I would and will definitely refer anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a house to Johnson.
